What happens after you pay
Three steps, and the last one is the one people miss.
- You pay by card on Stripe. Your card details never pass through us.
- Stripe sends you straight back here, to a page showing your licence code — it looks like STRT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Copy it before closing the tab.
- Open the app, paste the code where it asks for it, and the features unlock on that device. Until you do this step, nothing changes in the app.
Paid already and cannot find your code?
You do not need to buy it twice.
- On our Discord, send /recover your@email.com — use the address you paid with, and the bot replies privately with the codes registered to it.
- Or write to [email protected] from the address you paid with.
Worth knowing before you decide
- Subscriptions cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal — no email, no asking us.
- Refunds: 14 days on Standard and Pro; 7 days on Lifetime if the app does not run on your device.
- The licence is tied to the device you activate it on. Each activation uses one of your plan's slots.
- The account number is how many game accounts run at the same time, not how many you may own.
- Most phones close background apps on their own. Three settings stop that — it is the most common reason automation “stops by itself”.
